I was given the opportunity to try the Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bar in Blueberry Almond with Açai
for free through the ChickAdvisor website and this is my unbiased opinion about it.
This chocolate is delicious! Is not overly sweet, having the blueberry flavour and the crunch of the almonds combining perfectly with the dark chocolate.
It is now one of my favorites chocolates bars and I will definitely buy it again.

I've always been a big fan of Brookside chocolates and loved these bars!
Given the price, these will remain as a treat, but they were very enjoyable.

I was fortunate enough to get this chocolate to try with a @chickadvisor campaign. I love blueberries and almonds and of course chocolate! You cannot really go wrong with this combination, and the acai hints are nice as well. I am hooked! LOL
Will be watching out for sales on this one, it is a little on the higher side price-wise but I definitely want to have more!!!

A big thanks to ChickAdvisor for sending me for free this chocolate bar! This is one of my favorite. I love the taste and the touch of açai flavor! I also loved the crunchy of the almonds in the chocolate. I strongly recommand the chocolate bar and I sure will buy other ones in the futur.

This was a delicious fruity snack that is healthier than most. The flavour was delicious and you can taste the flavour of the berries inside!!

I love blueberry. I love almond. love dark chocolate. The only thing I could do without is Acai Flavour. I'm not exactly what Acai flavour is suppose to be like...since I've never eaten a fresh Acai...it's usually in pomegranite juice and other fruit juice. I think it would be better just as simple fruit and nut.

I'm very excited that brookside decided to make bars....it's much easier to transport in my very structured purse, and takes up much less space.

The bar has a clean break and good flavours. I'm a chocoholic and this really hit the spot.

This is a good general eating bar, when I don't really want to think too deeply but just want to satisfy a craving for chocolate. It's good chocolate flavour, clean break, and good melt.

I would recommend this bar if you like acai flavour and love nuts and fruit. :-) It's a good flavour combo.

To me it's a different category then Soma single origin bars or other bean to bar manufacturers. It's not as good as Soma, but it's also not priced like Soma either.

It's a good eating bar that won't break the bank! I would recommend you give it a try. :-)

There were things I liked and disliked about this flavour. Like: I absolutely love dark chocolate and almonds. Dislike: Everything else. The blueberry and Açai had a very simulated flavour and left a bad aftertaste. I definitely wasn't a fan.

First I'd like to say thank you to the ChickAdvisor web site and to Brookside for inviting me to try out their Chocolate Tablet Blueberry Almond with Acai bar. I thought the packaging was nice, something that would be a welcomed gift. When I first opened the packaging I could smell the blueberry flavour right away witch made it inviting. How ever it didn't contain as many blueberries, or almonds for my liking, witch was a bit of a disappointment and the dark chocolate flavour was it bit to strong for me. I shared it with my husband and he really enjoyed it, but he also likes dark chocolate a lot more than I do. As for the asking price for this size of a higher end chocolate bar, witch Brookside chocolate is, I feel it's at a level I'd expect to pay. I can't see me buying one of these for myself, but I might buy one for someone else.

I'm a huge chocolate lover and after trying this bar, I was in heaven! Its a perfect combination of chocolate and fruit taste. I didn't find the blueberry overpowering at all! Definitely somethingI would purchase! Thank you for the sample!
