I recently had an opportunity to try Brookside Chocolate Bar Mango Coconut Crisp for free. Besides myself, I had everyone in my immediate family try a piece. We all love a good chocolate bar. Everyone agreed that it had just the right amount of sweetness for a dark chocolate bar and the mango didn't make it too chewy. You can clearly taste the coconut and it gives the bar an extra crunch. The combination of the mango and coconut made for a nice tasting bar. Everyone in my family enjoyed this chocolate bar. This Brookside chocolate bar was a favorite for two of my family members. Our family eats mangos often and we enjoy coconut in baked goods. I plan to purchase again.

Out of the three dark chocolate bars I received for this review, this one was #3 on my list.
It tasted amazing and definitely satisfied my cravings for sweets! I love that it's dark chocolate but not bitter.

I would highly recommend trying it out if you like sweet but not too sweet flavoured chocolate! The texture was great and the mango was definitely the strongest of the two flavours. I would have loved to taste more of the coconut though! The little crunches are a great touch too if you like a bit of texture :)

The only thing I would change is to have a re-sealable package as it's not the type of bar you would eat in one sitting! Other than that though, it's definitely on my list of chocolate bar favourites to buy again in the (near) future!

This bar has such great flavour. The crunchy sweet flavour combination of mango and coconut. I found that the pieces didn't break off easily where they were supposed to but that didn't matter cause it was nice to have a little bigger piece. The crunchiness of the bar was perfect.

Out of all three bars, I was afraid to try this one. Best way to put it, unique. I love the combination of mango, coconut and chocolate. The mango was strong and I liked it.
Sadly my children didn't love it as much as me. But more for me. I feel you can eat these guilt free while healthy living and that's what I look for in snacks!!

I was sent a three pack of Brookside's Bars to review. Out of the sent, I'd say this was my least favourite. The mango flavour is quite overpowering, you can barely taste and coconut. I adore mangos, but this just didn't hit the mark for me. I think if the taste was more subtle on the mango side, and a tad stronger on the coconut side, then this bar would have potential. Unfortunately, I would not go out and buy this product at this time.

The packaging is beautiful To see the packaging ,it looks like a chocolate bar just for adults As soon as I opened the outer package ,I could immediately smell how delicious this is going to taste The inner wrap looks very elegant,like the company takes pride and care,not only in the making of this but in the packaging itself Now to taste Mmmmmm my goodness, 2 flavors whiched pleased my pallet tremendously Mango and Coconut. Rich, smooth taste I ate the whole thing in one sitting,saying mmmmmmm to myself I am so happy to have the opportunity to try this delicious bar

I tried this chocolate bar and my first impression was that it is very unique. The mango scent is what hits you first. It's a very odd combination for a chocolate bar, but intriguing. To be honest I was a bit put off with my first bite, but after you get used to the flavour is is quite nice. My family and friends enjoyed it more than I did, but I was never a fan of things like the Terri's chocolate orange. If you like orange chocolate you'll love this. My favourite in this series was the blueberry almond with acai.

I received this bar from chick advisor and right away when I opened it I could smell the mango. I love the combination of mango and coconut together and the chocolate was delicious and not too sweet. I will definitely by buying this again because you can tell the quality of it is top notch.

Mango and coconut..never thought of putting these two things together!
I am a huge fan of mango so I was very excited! It tasted more citrusy than mango like but I could taste the coconut throughout. It wasn't quite what I expected but still tasty.

I liked the flavor combination but it overpowered the chocolate flavor to some extent. I love the texture of this too - a little crunchy, a little chewy. I did feel that the mango flavor could have been a bit subtle but once I kept eating it, the flavors seemed more interesting and delicious. I dont think I will be repurchasing this flavor but its still a good one.
