I really liked how this chocolate bar was wrapped in gold foil. It had a strong mango scent which was really nice. I thought it had a good mango flavour with a subtle taste of coconut. I think this chocolate would have been ever better if it was in milk chocolate, although I will definitely be buying this product again because I really enjoyed trying it.

We absolutely loved the Brookside Mango Coconut Crunch Chocolate bar at my house! I opened the box and my husband and I set out to sample all three flavours (I was fortunate enough to get to sample them all for free through Chickadvisor!) .... Mango Coconut was definitely our favourite. It's unlike any other chocolate bar that I have tried, a truly unique flavour (and I admit to consuming more than my fair share of this type of chocolate!) The Brookside Dark Chocolate has such a smooth and creamy texture and the 'crunch' part is very subtle. I think it's just about perfect, and the price is right in line (maybe a little lower!) than some of the other big names in premium chocolate.

Of the three Brookside Tablet Bar flavors I've tried, this was the only one I really disliked. Although I did enjoy the crispy coconut bits, the mango flavor tasted artificial and somewhat perfumy. It left a bad aftertaste in my mouth and I tossed out the remaining half of the bar. Really disappointed by this one.

Of the three available flavours, this one smelled the best upon opening. It was like tropical paradise. This flavour seemed like the most unique of the available flavours and it was the most satisfying for me. I enjoyed the chewiness of the mango paired with with crispiness of the coconut. I would definitely purchase this when it is available in stores.

I was definitely surprised by how sweet and rich this chocolate bar was. Mango and coconut aren't exactly my favorite, but something just clicked with this particular mixture! The crunchy texture added a nice touch and my whole family enjoyed it as well.

I was lucky enough to receive this bar from ChickAdvisor in exchange for an honest review. This is not a bar/flavor that I would usually choose and purchase, but I ended up enjoying it a fair bit.

The dark chocolate is very nice, and is sweet without cloying. I am not a huge coconut fan but it was fairly inoffensive in this bar. I liked the little pieces of mango as well. The packaging is also lovely!

I received the mango coconut crisp dark chocolate bar for free as part of the product review club. I shared it with all 3 other members of my family and every single one of us thought it was absolutely delicious.

You could really taste the real fruit and coconut and the dark chocolate was smooth and not at all bitter, but not overly sweet either. The sweetness of the dried fruit was a nice balance to what I would characterize as semi-sweet dark chocolate. The taste of the natural ingredients really came through. The bar even had a lovely aroma when I opened the package. I noticed this was manufactured by Hershey , but is definitely not your typical corner store candy bar. I will definitely purchase these bars again. They are a lovely treat to be savoured with a cup of tea.

So yes I did get the chocolate bar as part of a sampling program, but in real life I'd have given it a pass because it's got mango in it and I don't love mango, in fact that weird sulfur-y aftertaste I find real mango has is here too, so perhaps they're using real fruit.

Unlike the Blueberry version, I didn't find the smell overwhelming when I opened the it. The coconut, crispy texture was nice enough, but again I don't love dried fruit in my chocolate, so this one is a miss for me.

Texture is good, I really like the taste. Not too 'coconutty', good aftertaste as well. Overall packaging and design is very aesthetically pleasing.
