Brookside mango crunch

First of all, I am chocolate lover. I love to eat chocolate every day. I think that this chocolate is very tasty, with good crunch and less calories. I like that is dark because I prefer the taste. It is a bit expensive so I am buying when is on sale.

For someone that does not like dark chocolate this made them bend over backwards for more.
It is a little pricey but I think it is worth it.
It's a great gift that does not look cheap or taste cheap at all.
It has flakes of coconut which adds so much texture and taste.
One thing I would like is a little more emphasis on mango.

This bar looks very pretty when you open the packaging. It is very presentable with the Brookside logo stamped across a few chocolate squares. Each bar is divided into various sized squares and a rectangle right down the middle, making it easier to divide into two portions.

This bar has a unique tropical flavor. I love the pieces of shredded coconut that are packed into the bar, as they provide a nice crispy texture and add to the tropical experience. The taste of the mango was mild to me, but my mom, who is not a mango fan, did not enjoy it as she said it was very strong.

Of the four of us who tried these bars together, this one was the favorite for two of us. My favorite was the Cranberry Almond with Blood Orange.

I liked that it had a good combo of sweet with the bitter chocolate. You were able to have a bit of everything in each bite. I recomend this to everybody that loves mangos coconut and chocolate.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. I had pretty high hopes for it, but was wary after hearing from someone that it was awful. I haven't come across any bad products from Brookside yet and this maintains the positive trend.

Prominent mango and coconut flavours (and smells amazing), nice, thin bar and not overly sweet. No funkiness for me. I really like this combination and wish more companies would come out with unique flavours like these.

Definitely one of my favourite Brookside chocolate flavours :) Maybe take a pass if you're not a fan of mango/coconut. Or try a piece if you can, rather than investing in a whole bar. I can see people who aren't as fond of those flavours not being converted by this bar, but I personally really enjoyed it.

I found this bar at wal-mart of all places and I had to buy it. The dark chocolate is so smooth and creamy it doesn't even taste like dark chocolate and the pieces of mango and coconut are super yummy.

Thanks to Brookside and ChickAdvisor product review club for sending me the Brookside Chocolate Tablet Bar in Mango Coconut Crunch flavour for free to try. I was afraid it would be too bitter for me like most dark chocolate that I have tried but I was pleasantly surprised by the mild flavour of the dark chocolate in this bar. The texture of the chocolate itself was nice and smooth and the flavour of mango and coconut was in perfect balance. The crunch was also a nice accent against the smoothness of the chocolate. This one was definitely my favorite out of the 3 different bars that I tried and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Out of the three flavours, I probably liked the Tablet Bar in Mango Coconut Crunch the least, even though it wasn’t that far off from the other two. I love coconut and crunch texture, but I believe the Mango taste didn't match well with the chocolate, but still good. The package is lovely and the chocolate printed details are beautiful. I received this as part of the Product Reviews Club, but I research the price and it is around $3.70. I believe the price is a bit higher than I’m used to, but I would totally recommend to a friend.

Great tasting chocolate with fine pieces of coconut and pieces of mango fruit.
The dark chocolate is mild tasting and not too bitter. It balances out the flavours of the sweet fruit.
I would have really liked this bar if it was just the dark chocolate with the coconut crunch. I found the mango too chewy and a little overpowering. I however am not a fan of mango at all.

My whole family tried this classy chocolate and had mixed opinions. Even the ones who love mango weren't sure of the taste. It is something we have never really tasted before in a chocolate treat.

One lovely crafted bar goes a long way. With quality chocolate like this you don't need much to curb the craving.

I tried the 3 flavours of bars and this was by far my least favorite.
I was surprised to see that the % of dark chocolate was not labeled.

Packaging was lovely and not wasteful. The chocolate had beautiful designed scores to break it into different sized squares.

I tried this flavour as well as shared it with some coworkers. People who liked Mango loved this bar. The flavour is quite strong but good.
