I normally don't choose cherry products but I was quite surprised it wasn't so bad and I actually liked it. I think because it also had pomegranate flavour it balanced the cherry taste. I quite enjoyed the crispy crunch of the crisp and the dark chocolate together.

Brookside has in my opinion cornered the market on dark chocolate bars,, this bar with Tart Cherry Crisp with pomegranate flavor is just fantastic,,, the dark chocolate is just soo yummy, and with the added flavor of the pomegranate and the crunchieness its all just the right combination and makes this dark chocolate bar one I will reach for time and time again, ,, So I totally recommend these Brookside Dark Chocolate Bars

Omg I am so excited that Brookside has come out with their yummy creations in a chocolate bar form.

I love the packaging and the details. Once you open up the box, the bar is wrapped in a lovely and shiny blue wrapper. I would like it if there was a way to open and then reseal the box easily. And when you open the wrapper you see the images of Brookside's logo printed on each individual chocolate bars.

Personally, I don't like cherry a whole lot. The first bite, you can immediately taste the tart cherry, which is a little sweet to of course offset the richness of the dark chocolate. Again, the rice crisps gives the chocolate bar a lovely texture. I think cherry is a little overpowering, so I'm not able to taste the pomegranate. Despite not being a fan of cherry, I did enjoy this chocolate bar.

The bitterness of the dark chocolate is well balanced with the sweet and tart flavours of cherries and pomegranate. The rice crisps add a nice crisp to it. Over all a nice balance of flavours and textures.

I Shared this with some friends and they made a disgusted face before trying it but were pleasantly surprised at how delicious and how the flavours really compliment each other.

Creamy dark chocolate with tangy cherry and pomegranate strips... whats not to love? I like the crisp and chewy texture of this chocolate bar. It also helps that the dark chocolate is not bitter as is usually the case. Definitely going back for more!

I received this chocolate bar from ChickAdvisor to review. Let me start out by saying that I am a huge chocolate lover, and while dark chocolate is not necessarily my favourite I think that I have fallen in love with dark chocolate. The dark chocolate in this bar is wonderful, not too bitter and slightly more sweet than I'm used to. The pomegranate and cherry flavours definitely come through but I sort of expected more tartness as they are both quite tart fruits. I loved the rice crisps as it added some texture to the chocolate bar. Quite a complex flavour and not used to seeing both fruits of Cherry and Pomegranate in chocolate. I would highly recommend this to my friends and will buying some as give-away around the holiday season.

Out of the three bars I received this one was my favourite. Great taste, would have this one again for sure. Love the cherry and rice crispy combination.

If you like fruit with your chocolate I recommend giving this tablet a try.

I enjoyed the cherry pomegranate bar from Brookeside. It had a nice bit of sweetness to it at first then a delicious tart flavour from the fruit, which was balanced nicely with the dark chocolate. It wasn't gummy/sticky like the blueberry flavour so I felt I enjoyed it more. It also had a nice crunch due to the crisp that I liked. I would probably buy this one again.

It was absolutely my fave of the three. The chocolate was beautifully presented, just the right amount of bitter, and the fruit/ crisp/ chocolate ratio was bang on. The cherry flavour really came through.

Again, just a couple of squares really satisfied my chocolate craving, which is great news for a chocolate bigger.

My family also tried this bar. The reviews were mixed as the younger child is not a fan of dark chocolate. The hysband loved it and he is hard to please!
