I received these as the test sample pack. They are a nice change from the usual granola bars. The fruit adds different flavour. I am not sure that they live up to the impression of being a healthy bar. The sugar and fat levels still seem a bit high. But the taste was good.

I received this product for free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and i would definitely purchase! These are much better then competitors fruit/nut bars, there are large chunks in every bit and tastes delicious. Definitely recommend!

I received this bar to try. Right off the bat, I loved that you could see the product through the packaging. The bar is visually appealing and really shows off the ingredient mix. The flavour is a well balanced blend of nuts, fruit and sweetness and the bar is very filling. This is my favorite flavour of the three.

I received the 3 flavours of Brookside Dark Chocolate Fruit and Nut Bars as part of the Product Review Club (thank you!). The Blueberry with Acai is likely my favorite of the three - I am biased towards blueberry though, I love them! I really like the look of the bars - the clear packaging is a definite bonus, since the bars themselves are so visually appealing. I decided to eat the bar before looking into its nutritional content (I'm on Weight Watchers, I was afraid I wouldn't want to eat it if I looked at the info first haha). The bar is definitely sweet, however, it doesn't have that over-powering grainy sugar taste that many granola bars have. The portion is big enough for sure (perhaps a bit too big, if using these as a 'snack'). The nuts and sugar definitely overpowered the bar though - moreso than the blueberry, acai and even dark chocolate. Given this - I still enjoyed it with my morning coffee and it kept me full until lunch. That's a good thing - considering the nutritional content - too much sugar for my typical morning snacks - and 7 weight watcher smart points per bar. (which is a lot considering a typical daily consumption is 30 points). At an average price of 1.99 per bar, I find them overpriced as well. I decided to recommend it - based on the fact that it was delicious - however, I likely won't be purchasing them.

I was lucky to be able to try this for free with Chick Advisor! I found this flavour to be very hard, almost stale! When I bit into it I almost thought I was going to crack a tooth! I was not very crazy about the taste either. As far as nutrition goes I feel these bars have too much fat in them.

I really like the flavour, I can really taste the blueberry. It also has a really nice texture, you get the crunch from the nuts and the chewiness from the dried fruits. I would definitely recommend these bars, they are delicious!

I was a lucky Chick to get this wonderful bar from ChickAdvisors Review Club. I really liked how the bar had an assortment of nuts and seeds, not just peanuts. The chocolate was great quality, not the usual granola bar waxy kind. The blueberries added a nice sweetness to it and made me feel like I was eating an even healthier granola bar. The taste was good but I would of liked if it was a little bit softer. I would buy this product again if it was on sale for sure. Even though it is a premium bar it still seems a little pricey for my budget.

These were so tasty. I loved the dark chocolate coating on the bottom and the blueberry flavour. I liked the assortment of nuts and the many ingredients packed into the bar. I would eat these every day.

This one was my favorite! Loved the flavor of dark chocolate with the berries and nuts. It was so tasty! This bar was not to sweet and was just the perfect harmony of flavors and textures.
