The Brookside Dark Chocolate Fruit and Nut Bars are a perfect snack when on the go, or to keep in your desk for that afternoon pick-me-up. Out of all the flavours, this one has been my least favourite.. I don't find the chocolate to be waxy at all - I think it's the perfect amount and tastes just like dark-chocolate, but the cherry flavour in these bars is a little too empowering for me... I'm not really a cherry fan though! If you do like cherries then you will love this bar!! I will definitely be buying this brand of bar again to have at work, just in one of the other 2 flavours!

This bar didn't have an appealing taste. I am not a personal fan of cherry and chocolate and this has reminded me of that. The texture was nice and chewy and the bar contained many diffferent fruits and nuts. I didn't like the taste. The pirce is but high too. I will get other bars this flavour but not this flavour.

I was happy to receive #brooksidefruitandnutbars as a #free testing from #chickavisor. I can't say anything bad about them. They were pretty good for a health bar. A little to health tasting for me! I would sooner mix the #brookside dark chocolate bar with my own home aid nut and fruit mix for the price. They do however compare with the price of similar products that I have tried. If you like to buy high end fruit and nut bars then these are the best I have tried. Mt fav out of the three samples was the Blueberry with Acai. My second was the Cherry with Pomegranate and then the Cranberry with Blackberry. @Brookside_Choc has not disappointed me yet. Thankful for the opportunity to taste test there products and recommend there Dark Chocolate bars!

The products had a good balance and the bar was not too sweet and the dark chocolate wasn't as bitter as other bars with dark chocolate. Loved that it had a good helping of nuts in the bar.

YUM! This is probably my favorite flavor of the three. Just the right amount of chocolate without being too sweet, with the satisfying crunch of the granola and then the fruit. I don't feel guilty indulging in this once and a while. The sugar content is pretty high compared to some bars, but compared to the bars, these have the flavor you are looking to get! I would definitely throw some in my purse and desk for snacking on the go when I need them. I've also seen them at our local grocery stores as individual bars, which is a great, healthier option than a bag of chips!

Loved receiving this as part of the product review club. The bar was way more moist than I expected - chewy, but not sticky.

All of the ingredients worked well together and you could taste each one - sweet but not overwhelming. I would definitely rank these as some of the best bars I've tried, and would purchase on my own.

The only con is that they are nearly 200 calories each, and if you are watching your intake, it can be a big splurge as a snack, but well worth it - I received 3 bars, and had to hold back eating them one after the other.

The Brookside Dark Chocolate Cherry with Pomegranate bar tastes wonderful. Not only does it taste wonderful, but it's great for on the go, and helps to provide more nutrients than your average snack bar. It has the added benefit of fruit (the cherry and pomegranate) as well as the health benefits of dark chocolate. The fruit and nut bar is great as a sweet treat, and afternoon pick-me-up or for those days where you are on the go and need something quick to grab. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family (in fact, I already have!)

This particular bar was my favourite out of the three varieties that I tried. The tart flavour of cherry and rich pomegranate paired perfectly with the fine dark chocolate its dipped in. I have tried similar bars, but this is one I would for sure purchase in the future!! Nice work Brookside *love*

I received this bar as part of the Product Review Club - I liked this one much better than the Cranberry/Blackberry granola bar! I didn't find the texture as weird, and I felt like the flavours went together much better. Would consider buying if they were one sale.

I really enjoyed the flavor of this fruit and nut bar. It was the perfect blending of sweet and salty and very satisfying as a snack. I like that it had a good protein and fiber count in such a small bar and that it is gluten free for those who are not able to tolerate gluten. I would highly recommend these bars.
