Primark brunch club highlighter

This highlighter is gorgeous l find primark to be one of the best highlighter formulas I’ve tried.
It’s so glowy and blinding on the skin, applied easily and doesn’t make you look washed out or leave a white streak on your face.
It’s such a pretty golden colour similar to the jouer citrine one which is my fav highlighter of all time.
It isn’t glittery it’s more of a opaque blinding shimmery highlighter, it can be built up for a subtle or more blinding highlight for day and night time looks.
It doesn’t cost that much which is amazing, I believe I paid 50p in the sale for it which is a bargain as the formula is just so good I would definitely pay atleast £20 for a highlighter of this quality.
The packaging isn’t the best it is a card packaging rather than plastic or acrylic but you can’t expect much for packaging for the price especially if the highlighter is as good as it is.
