This is not ice cream, imposter

I had high hopes for this “stuff” I thought I was buying ice cream but it’s the furthest thing from ice cream.....I couldn’t figure out the strange texture and how it stays soft in the freezer even after a day or two, ice cream usually hardens. So I read the ingredients “Modified Milk Ingredients”.

I then looked that up, here is what it said: products which have an altered chemical state from that which is naturally found in milk. Ok enough said....I guess if it has the Bryers label better inspect the ingredient list because this was a terrible waste of money. Texture & Taste was awful!
