This product I love because of the natural ingredients. I am a diabetic and it is important what types of medication I take. It works well and is very effective yet does not leave me with the nongovernmental feeling or the drugged feeling. Thank you for the sample. I was greatful to try it or I would never tried it.

The package is right. Take it when you see early cold & flu symptoms. I received two free boxes and I gave one to my sister in law who has a very bad cold. She doesn't find it helpful. However, I tried it about a week later as I see early cold symptoms; it really help relieve cold for me. I received a free box of Sambucol Cold & Flu, and with some irony, on the same day I had a really bad cold. I have to watch what I take because I take daily prescribed meds, so I loved that this is a natural product.it contains echinacea, vitamin C , black elder, white willow, and zinc. The capsules are quite large, and very bright purple, so can be a little hard to swallow. I did find that it made my symptoms less bothersome. It recommends to take 2 table tablets twice a day, which I did, and felt less achy, and my nasal congestion, while not gone, was more tolerable, and I was able to get some much needed rest.
