Never purchase Online

My daughter ordered a simple bear as a gift, she didn’t realize she was $0.50 short for free shipping. I immediately made several attempts to email and call to adjust the ordered to obtain the free shipping and did NOT even get a response until after the bear shipped. I ended up paying more for shipping and duties than the cost of the bear. The only reason I even went to online ordering was to avoid going to the store during COVID.
