Good for Low Fat Protein Bars

I like to have built bars around for days when I have limited fat macros left. Most have 2.5g of fat and 18-20g of protein. They are a little bit gooey for texture but once you are used to them they are good.

I love Built Bars! Mint Chocolate, Cookies and Cream and Double Chocolate are my favourites. The texture takes a bit of getting used to - they are pretty chewy. They are also tasty frozen and warmed up in the microwave. They are perfect when I need a sweet treat and don't want to have something calorie laden. They are a bit pricey but watch for promotions on their website. Free shipping to Canada on orders over $25 is a total bonus.

Pricey, but the best I have tried

Really satisfying snack. You feel full and sustained and it taste sooo good. Put a few seconds in the microwave… de-li-cious! Pricey, but useful for active and busy people.

Bariatric patients best friend

I’ve tried almost every kind of protein bar I can get my hands on and most of them have that artificial, protieny aftertaste which I cannot stand but these bars have zero after taste and are the right amount of sweet. I like to stick them in the freezer as they are a softer bar and that makes them nice and chewy, there is a great range of flavours I do wish they were sold in bulk more places so I didn’t have to worry about shipping to canada though

Real Chocolate taste, no protein aftertaste

I love built bars. They satisfy my craving for sweets and help me stay on plan. They are sweet and chewy. Numerous flavours to pick from.
I wish they would just keep more flavours in regular production though as the it is frustrating when you can't get more if the flavours you love.

Best tasting protein bar out there!

I can’t say enough good things about these. They are almost too good to be true. We usually stick with chocolate flavours (cookie dough chunk and cookies and cream are ours faves though). We heat them up, eat them cold, frozen and room temp. Sooo good!

This is basically a chocolate bar but without any guilt

Dark chocolate enrobes a beautiful chewy, noughaty center in a variety of flavours....my personal faves so far are Salted Caramel and Mint Brownie. They pack a whopping 17 grams of protein with only 130 calories, 4 grams of sugar and 2.5 grams of fat.....and they are incredibly delicious!

I recently had bariatric surgery and was looking for an alternative to chalky protein drinks. Low and behold I find these great tasting bars. Soft and easy to digest. Best protein bar without the chalky taste

I've been trying to find a protein bar that doesn't taste chalky or leave an aftertaste and I finally found it! I buy these online and they are only 4 points in my weight loss program! So many flavours to choose from. I love them all.. Especially the mint
