this is a hard product to review as many babies may love this product. Both of my children hated it. They would cry within minutes of being placed in it. I did not like the lack of support and what looked to be strain that was on their back. Also, I found the legs holes to be very tight around their thighs (average sized babies). For the price, I think I could have found a better alternative.

I agree with the comment below. I was deadest on getting one of these, used it only a hand full of times before she didn't want to sit in it anymore and then it became a cat bed (don't ask me how). Not worth it and kids will do fine without it.

Great portable seat! The tray is incredible for toys or for food!! Light weight and travels easily.

This is one product I wish I did not buy - save your money, its pointless. I promise your child will be fine without it, and will pass right into the 'sit up all my himself/herself' stage all on their own without it. It makes my top ten list of pointless products for babies and it may even be at number 1.

I got this as a gift, and I'm glad because the price is way to high for the amount of use I got out of it. The shape is wrong for a baby who isn't close to sitting up on their own, and causes them to round their back and slump over too much. (For me this caused reflux from the diaper squeezing baby's belly). When baby is big enough to sit up straight in it comfortably, they can use it only maybe a month or so before they start arching backwards and slipping out, causIng danger of falling if the seat is placed on a raised surface, or danger of injury of the seat is placed on a hard or rough surface like concrete or outside. Also, my Babe had small thighs so it worked okay for the short time she used it, but I've seen babies very angry when their little chubby legs get stuck in the cutouts.

I was insistant on having a Bumbo chair for my son because everyone I knew said I needed one. I was extremely disappointed. I felt like the chair pushed my baby into an awkward position to the point where he was uncomfortable. I don't see the hype at all.

Everybody raved about the Bumbo and insisted I get one when expecting.
We may have ended up using it twice, if that. My son would just push his legs and almost topple back.
The quality seemed to be top of the line and comfy for a little one, however it just simply wasn't worth the money for us.

I had one of these for my son and absolutely loved it! I was lucky enough to receive it as a gift at my baby shower, as they are a bit on the expensive side, especially if you want the tray too. I found my son grew out of it very quickly as well, which was unfortunate.

Good first seat for baby but a bit pricey. It is soft and spongy but sturdy. Easy to clean.

I had this chair for my daughter and currently have one for my son. The price is insane though. It's a simple chair.... Nothing too special except the shape.
I would never pay the price to buy it brand new it's not worth it. It is however good quality in my opinion.

I bought the tray and cant wait until my son starts to use it:).
