I gave this a "recommend" because it's not a bad product and worth trying, but I only used it a couple of times and now want to give it away. Sure, they're "earth-friendly" and "natural", and not a bad thing to be, but the product itself, I wasn't too crazy about. I felt it had a really strong smell to it. Might not be a big deal for most people, but it wasn't very pleasant.

I love all Burts Bees products and love what they stand for. Natural ingredients for my family.

I love this baby shampoo, it's the only one I've ever used on my boys. It smells great, a bottle of it lasts forever, and it's an excellent price. I love the smell of a fresh from the bath baby, that has been bathed with Burts Bees Baby Bee Shampoo

This shampoo & body wash smells SO good - not just only while using it, but my little baby smells lovely for days after as well. You only need a small amount so despite it being expensive it goes a long way. I noticed on the page above it said it's $17, but I've never seen it for that high of a price - it's more like $12.99. It's a great product to use because it's nearly (99%) all natural so I don't feel bad using it on newborn skin. I do find that it has a bit of drying effect on my baby's skin on the first day, but then she's fine on day two, three etc. Another thing I noticed was when washing her hair it made it puffier than other brands. Not a bad thing, but something I noticed. Overall, I'd highly recommend this product and will continue using it on my baby.

Great product but very pricey but it works great.

I tried a bunch of different products when my son was born and this was the only one that didn't cause him to break out in a rash! Even other brands that claimed to be sensitive didn't work for him. The scent is nice and mild and the price is not bad for a natural product. Not sure where the average price comes from but I can find it at most retailers for about $10 for 235ml.

This is by far the best baby shampoo we have tried and we received a variety of baby shampoos and wash at our lil ones baby shower. Its gentle and it truly is the best shampoo and wash with a great scent that is not too overpowering. It cleans wells and does not irritate my baby's skin like some of the Johnson's products have.

I love Burt's Bees products, so when I had kids, I was thrilled to see they had a baby line. This shampoo does a great job cleaning my children, and I love the way their hair smells after using it. So sweet and delicious!

I bought this shampoo for my daughter (Hailey) was at the time was 11 months old. It is not tear free! She got a little bit of the soap suds in her eye, and with in minutes her eyes was red and irritated. I called the company, and received awful customer service. The rep that I spoke with acted "surprised" when I told her what happened. When I asked for a refund for this item, she told me that I would have to send the product to them for testing. She said that they would provide a prepaid envelope to mail it to them, but it never arrived. I e-mailed them many times to ask where the envelope was, and still nothing. I just finally gave up. I was out the money, and stopped using it. It was pretty expensive for what is was too.

I love Burt's Bees and now I get to try the baby stuff too! It really is tearless and I love how my son's hair smells. Even 24 hours later there's a mild, sweet honey scent. The only downside is it's more expensive for a smaller bottle than most other baby shampoos.
