I know this is many people's HG lip balm and I was really excited to try. However, it made my lips more chapped than before. I think the beeswax based lip balms just don't agree with my lips. It's good quality and the well made. I wanted it to work but just nope.

I don't know why I find that these lip balms don't sink into my lips like they should. I have to exfoliate the skin off my lips after using these. Disappointed because other Burts Bees products are effective but I just don't like this one!

I got my Burt's Bees Beeswax as gift and it's ok. I tend to use it around the house more then when I go out. It's a little grainy for my liking. I like that the ingredients are natural

If you asked me about Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm 7 years ago I would have said that it is the BEST chapstick around. That was the ONLY chapstick I would use and used it often. I went through so much of it and bought it for everyone as gifts. I could have been a spokesperson for it. Seriously LOVED it. Loved is the key work. One day while in Mexico in January I cracked my NEW chapstick and put it on my lips. I kept getting a rash around my lips. Silly me I kept putting my chapstick on and around my lips. Which made the rash worse. At the time I thought I was just allergic to something I had eaten or the sun. But it wasn't! My lips were so sore and swollen(they looked so full).
So my view has changed about Burt's Bees Beeswax Lip Balm. I no longer love it, or use it, I no longer buy it for anyone and it was a hard pill to swallow at first that I was in fact allergic to this lip balm. I enjoy some of the other products but this one is not for me.

i am not a fan of this lip balm. I find that it dries out my lips and is more expensive than I would like it to be. I bought it once and I have not bought it again.

i like the smell of the vanilla one, but i find this product way too glossy & doesn't really help or moisturize my lips when they are very chapped and dry. Wouldn't recommend for people in the winter.

I'm not a fan of this lip balm. I find it sticky and the smell is too strong. When it comes to this product I feel I'm paying more for the name then I am for the quality of the product. I won't be buying it in the future.

This product is not too bad. However if you have really chapped lips, it is not the product for you. I personally was on an acne medication and it made my lips so chap, that they would bleed. So I tried burst bees, but it did not work for me, I think my lips were just too chapped. Because when I got off the medication, and tried burst bees on "normal" lips, it worked just like any other lip balm. But if you need a lip balm for extremely chapped lips, I do not think you should buy this product, Its more money than you need to be spending on something that you could possibly desperately need.

Too expensive. Too oily. Feels like you're wearing FAT on your lips everytime you apply this product. I have tried cheaper products that were more effective and made me feel much better.
