Dried out my lips

I loved it at first but after continued use it dried out my lips and skin surrounding my lips. My skin became red and my lips became very flaky. It did the opposite of what I wanted it to do!

Cooling lip balm, though not as hydrating

This lip balm is very cooling and definitely wakes me up in the morning. However it's not very hydrating, as I find myself having to reapply the product multiple times a day due to cracked lips that aren't improving.

Bring Back the Old Formula

I am a frequent user of the original lip balm. I found over the past few months that the formula has changed. It's still good but I prefer the old formula.

I wanted to love this

I really wanted to love this. I bought one and found it incredibly dry. I was telling some friends about it and they said they've never had that problem before. So, I went out and bought a second one expecting it to be different than the first batch. Same thing. Very hard and does not glide on your lips easily. I prefer a lip balm that leaves a smooth texture--not scrapes my lips as I apply.

It's just ok

I personally prefer a Chapstick that is more minty and has SPF. I find Burt's Bees doesn't keep my lips feeling moistured after application. I also find them a bit pricey and feel there are other products that work better at a better price point.

its ok

its ok but its not very effective as chapstick brand it leaves a weird bitter taste on ur lips if there was like different flavors and more effectiveness id buy it more often

Don't usually use burts bees

I do have one that is in my purse just incase. Not my favorite product but still decent. I believe it's more on the expensive side. Good for when you're in a jam and have nothing else to use.

Tint goes on much darker than the label suggests

Purchased this lip balm based on the colour chart at the store; however once applied I found the colour was way too dark. I won’t use it. Waste of money unfortunately.

Perhaps it’s not an issue for those with darker skin tones.

Amazing product!

The ease at which you layer this Burt’s Bees on your lips is amazing! The smell, even better. I highly recommend this if you are looking to try a new lip balm this fall when your lips are dry and cracked from the seasons changing!

not impressed

I had heard alot about this product. So I figured I'd give it a try. I was not impressed. First off it had a floral scent. This was supposed to be the plain/ basic chapstick. The balm wasn't very smooth to apply and ii did not last very long. I had to reapply with in the hour. Not impressed. Will not purchase again. this will only be used if I can't find my preferred chapstick
