I had horrible chapped lips today because of the cold dry air and I remembered that my mom had bought me this lip balm last winter. It was so healing and within minutes my lips were back to normal feeling luscious. I'm keeping it in my pocket fro now on.

I wanted so badly to love this lip balm, because I've seen so many great reviews for it. I even bought 3 tubes of it last week, when I finally decided to give it a try because I just knew I'd love it. But I was so disappointed. I actually couldn't leave it on very long before having to get a wet wipe and clean it off my lips! I can't tell you how bad it burned them! Maybe I had an allergic reaction to an ingredient, I'm not sure, but I also could not get past the horrible taste! As soon as I tried this stuff, I was instantly reminded of those extremely hot tanning lotions with the high tingle factor. The way that stuff smells is how this product tastes and smells, if that makes any sense. It burned my tongue when I licked my lips. I like a cooling lip balm, but this was entirely too much for me! I could smell the "heat" in it, almost as if it had cayenne pepper in it or something! I didn't have a good experience with it at all, and I can't bring myself to try it again. I'm sorry, I know there are tons of Burt's Bees fans out there, and I know many won't agree with my review, but this is just my opinion. I believe lip balm should be soothing and even something I wouldn't mind using on my children, but I'd never let them try this! I wanted to try the Honey flavor, but was unable to find it at the store, so I bought the original peppermint instead. Maybe the Honey flavor won't give me this experience, I'd be open to trying it. But as far as this kind, never again!! Money down the drain as I had to throw these in the trash to ensure my children didn't run across them and try them! So disappointed!

I love burt's bees!! Always leaves my lips feeling so moisturized, which is extremely important in the winter! I love the medicated ones also. Smell good and work good, can't ask for more!

Definitely recommended for quick repair of dry cracked lips. If used consistently best results . It is also not thick lip chap that would make your lips feel heavy

Favourite lip balm hands down! I keep one on me at all times, especially in the winter season! Where I live it tends to get very windy and I find my lips get super chapped! One use of the Burt's Bees Beeswax lip balm and they're soothed right away! I even got my husband addicted to it!

I've never been one for lip balms before. I occasionally wore chap stick mainly for the sun protection, but I was reading the reviews on a few lip balms and I decided to purchase this one; I don't regret it for a second. I love the way my lips tingle for a couple of minutes after I put this on! I'm an avid lip-biter; I'm always peeling off the skin from my lips, especially on the inside of my mouth. It's a bad habit and I definitely need to stop, but honestly, after putting this on maybe 2-3 times a day for a few days, I couldn't even feel the bumps on my lips anymore. It had smoothed everything out. I couldn't recommend Burt's Bees anymore!

I use this product daily. I work in a garage and its cold and dry in the winter. I need the lip balm! I gave some to my son who works outside in construction. He got all the guys at work hooked, its so soothing on dry cracked bleeding lips. Use it daily outside and that wont even happen :)

Love the whole line of these products...this is my go to lip balm. They are smooth, and provide long lasting protection. Awesome value for your money.
