I found this product when I started working as a cashier in a pharmacy. I suffer from chapped lips all winter and tried so many products that didn't work before this one. Burt's Bees products are all incredible! I won't go a winter without them again.

This product was given to me as a gift. I have chapped lips all the time and have used every kind of lip balm. I really liked this one and went out and bought 2 more because I liked it so much. It kept my lips moisturized for long periods of time, and I found my lips were softer over time.

My daughter carries this 24/7 as she suffers from dry chapped lips. She lives by it and tells everyone about this product. I guess if it's good enough for the bees it's a hit with the chicks. Fly fly away girl.

I have tried this and its a good product. Great for people with sensitive lips.

My daughter can be difficult to buy for at times, but always smiles when she gets a surprise gift from me, just a thinking of you. She swears by the lip balm and is a constant user of this products. (sure does have quite the story of the beginnings of Burt's Bees products....very interesting)

Love this, doesn't feel greasy or hard like candle wax. Helps protect against harmful UV rays as well as cold winter weather. I rotate chap stick to lip gloss to help keep my lips moist and love the shine.

I always come back to this. Although I tend to rotate my lip products and like to try new ones, I always seem to come back to this. Even my other half goes back to this one as well!
