It burns

I recieved the eyeliner in the shade onyx. I liked the packaging of this product and looked good when I opened it. I applied it to my eyes and it took a few times for it to apply but the moment I closed my eyes it wash away. It wouldn't last very long but it was a nice color when I tried it on the back of my hand. If you have watery eyes, I wouldn't recommend this this!
