I wanted to love this so badly. Too cakey.

This is a full coverage liquid that can not be blended and goes on as thick as paint. I have very light skin and no matter how much time I put into trying to blend it, it comes out looking very very chalkey. I really love the idea of a natural foundation since Im using it nearly everyday, but the search continues for a natural and beautiful foundation. Im sorry Burts Bees, I literally love every single makeup product you've put out. But this the only one that wasted my money.

Game Changer

I love this foundation! It has amazing coverage and is just so flawless looking on the skin. You wouldn't think I was wearing foundation with this on.Was quick and easy to blend. I use 1010 Ivory which is a good match. Definitely a new favourite!

Average

The foundation has a distinct “smelly socks” smell that fades away after application. The shade matches my colour, after hours wear on closeup it looks a little cakey and dry even with facial moisturizer applied before the foundation.

Smelled strange and looked cakey

I used 1025 natural beige and it was a great match for my skin colour. It’s 98.9% natural and made with meadowfoam seed oil! I did however find the smell a little strange. It was hard to blend and after wearing it all day it did look a little cakey.

It worked well!

I really loved how this foundation preformed on my face, it was a medium coverage which I like and it didn’t leave my face looking oily through out the day! Everyone complained about the smell but I personally think it has a nice smell to it, it’s made from all natural ingredients as well!

Doesn’t blend well & smells weird

I was not a fan of this foundation. I like that there is a pump & it provided decent coverage but that was about it. It has a very strong weird smell to it which makes me not want to put it on my face again. I found it hard to blend & it looked patchy. It also looks very oily on my skin and when I set it with powder it looks very cakey. I also didn’t like the way my bronzer & blush booked on top of it. After a few hours of wearing it my skin looked super oily and sweaty & it just got worse throughout the day. I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I received shade 1025 natural beige which was a good match for my skin tone.

Amazing Foundation

I absolutely love this foundation. It is a dewy/glowy finish. You loo very radient when you wear it. I have oily skin but this does not make me look greasy. The formula is very liquidy though. I use a brush or a sponge to apply.

Burt Bees Chestnut

I brought the color 1060 Chestnut. It's a little to orange for my skin color. Plus I did not like to way it dried onto my skin and it changed the texture of my skin as well.

Good product for the price

I bought this foundation because I wanted to save money on my foundation (I usually spend up to 50$ for a tiny bottle of foundation at Sephora) but I had heard a lot of goof things about this product. The results are amazing and the only thing I would change would be the scent, smells kind of funky. Aside from that, I am very pleased!

The best foundation for someone who doesn't like wearing it

I loved this foundation that I was given to try for free for my honest review. As someone who doesn't like the feel of foundation on my face, I was very pleased with this. Its very light and comfortable and feels much like you're just putting on a moisturizer. With the natural and cruelty free ingredients, this gets a perfect score from me!
