not blinding.

I received a Burtz Bees highlighter stick for a product review that i was doing & if i would give zero stars, i would! This highlighter is horrendous. The highlighter cannot be used on top of the Burts Bees foundation (which is also a horrible product) because the highlighter will lift the foundation, smear & smudge everything around. It does NOT blend worth anything. Its most definitely an overpriced product that leave your face looking horrible & feeling like a greased up slip & slide.
