I love this lipstick!

Great lipstick - I love the creaminess to it! I love the matte colour as well - i'm surprised how much I liked it! Overall, a decent colour selection! Very impressed!

a decent lipstick

I have the shade peony dew. its a nice neutral shade. it goes on nicely, it is moisturizing as the product claims and doesn't dry out my lips like other lipsticks. my only concern is that it comes of easily with food or liquid consumption, and for something that does not last long it is quite pricey. but doesn't contain a lot of chemicals and my lips feel healthy after use, for that reason i recommend it for just going out, not special occasions.

a good selection of colors

I purchased this lipstick in the color 531 Juniper Water which Is a deep burgundy color. I think that it is one of the darkest colors that they offer.

The main reason that I bought this lipstick is because it was priced incorrectly (red sticker $6.95) at my local Rexall drugstore. I believe that the regular price is between $12-$15 dollars depending on where you purchase it. I think the regular price is a bit expensive for lipstick that transfers so easily.

It is super moisturizing and makes your lips feel so soft when it is applied, however if you eat or drink anything it comes off easily. I am very happy with the color that I selected because it is perfect for olive complexion. I have gotten many compliments on how pretty the shade is.

Creamy natural lipstick.

This lipstick glides on the lips making them feel soft and well moisturized. It does have more of a lip balm look and feel once applied. The color I chose was Blush Basin which is a nude pink. This is a very natural color that is similar to my actual lip color. In my opinion it's my lips only better. Like most creamy lip colors it does not last long and needs to frequently be applied. Although this is not something that bothers me I know most people are looking for a long lasting lip color. If you're like myself and prefer natural looking makeup than this color is for you. This lipstick tube is modern and instead of being rounded like most other lipsticks Its squared. I also like the honey comb design on the case. It's original and is befitting of the Burt's Bee Brand. I love how inexpensive it is. I will definitely be purchasing some of the other colors available in the near future.

Moisture vs. Longevity

Beautiful colours and nice creamy texture. Super moisturizing, but it doesn’t last long. It was gone from my lips within an hour so you need to reapply often. Even a lip primer or lipstick sealant didn’t help with longevity.

Finally someone with common sense. The lip balm and lip colour duo is a great idea. I use lip balm ALL the time, and lipstick less often because it usually dries my lips. So now I just carry the one! :)

I got the colour 502 suede splash, it is almost like my real lip colour. It does make my lip feel comfortable also having some unique texture on my lips

love the lipstick very pigmented and the shades are very preety.staying powers is not so good u have to reapply it after 2-3 hours .other than that i like it.

I purchased Burt's Bee's lipstick shade, Lily Lake. It's really pretty and nicely pigmented.

The lipstick glides on smooth and lasts several hours. It is also extremely hydrating to my lips, so it will be perfect in the colder temperatures. I also found a good assortment. There are many shades to choose from which would look flattering on many women.

Burt's Bees has always been a natural, green brand. I bought this lipstick a few weeks ago in the shade Sunset Cruise and Lily Lakes. The lipstick goes on very smooth, the pigmentation is light, great for everyday use for a natural look. The problem with this lipstick is that it does not dry to your lips, it feels buttery through out the day and the colour comes off very easily. You will have to reapply a few times though out the day. The lipstick also melts very easily, I left it in my car for about 20 minutes, and it melted. Other than that, the product is nice, just don't leave it in a hot place.
