    Some good, some bad

I was a bit worried when I tried it, because it's very thick and gloopy and I felt that it would be cakey. One good thing I can say about it, though, is it isn't cakey. When it goes on it's very comfortable to wear and doesn't feel heavy or odd on the lips. I do find it a bit strange that the texture is so thick and gloopy, considering it feels nice on and I wish it was easier to spread around. I had awful trouble getting a decent line (as you can see from the picture) and really wish it had a finer, more finessed brush. I was happy that it didn't dry out my lips, since I have damaged lips and dry products show up every piece of damage.

I do like that it's natural, but if you're looking for a product that will last all day, this isn't it. It lasts reasonably well if nothing touches your lips, but never completely 'dries' so if you touch your lips, it does transfer. When you eat or drink, it easily comes off and must be reapplied. However, it naturally absorbs throughout the day and won't leave your lips looking weird if you don't re-apply it, so that's a plus!

It has no strong taste, but it does smell a bit plasticky (strangely), like how older glosses tended to smell, perhaps because it's not scented with artificial ingredients. I find the tubes are very small, much smaller than normal lip gloss tubes, so be aware of this if you plan to purchase.

I tried three colours of this; Drenched Dahlia, Mauve Meadow and Rushing Rose and actually they were very similar colours. Not really my colour, but I'm not going to judge it on the colour as if you pick the wrong colour, it's pretty much your own fault. In terms of the darker colours, it's actually difficult to get colour payoff, because if you make it really thick it feathers. So I'd recommend wearing this with a lip liner for sure and it's not suitable for those with heavy lines around the lips, such as older ladies. I ended up blotting it a lot as I didn't like how dark it was. So my pictures are of 'Drenched Dahlia' with a blotted lip. I found the colours to be quite similar.

Overall, there's bad and good. It's natural, not tested on animals, comfo

rtable to wear, doesn't dry lips or smell weird. But on the bad side, it's thick and gloopy, difficult to apply, tends to feather and you're paying a big price for a small amount.
