I'm not a huge fan of Burt's Bees beeswax lip balm, but this pomegranate lip balm is a bit better.

I find that the consistency of this particular lip balm isn't as hard and waxy as the original formula. It glides on more easily, rather than tugging on my lips over and over in order to get any product to go on. Unfortunately, having said that, I still don't feel that this is very hydrating. It's got a very light feeling to it as it glides on, but it's too light to feel like it's doing any good. I feel like it almost evaporates after too long. If I rub my lips together, it seems to disappear.

I do enjoy the scent of this product. It smells very strongly of pure pomegranate, which is a lovely smell, and very fruity. The lip balm itself is tinted a sort of pink-red, like the fruit itself, and I do find that when you apply it, there's a small tint. As I said, the product disappears quickly, and therefore so does the tint.

If you really like fruity lip balms and don't need a lot of hydration, this may be a good candidate for you. If you need more moisture of any sort, this likely won't perform well enough.

I do like this balm, I think it works pretty well, but I don't like the scent, so I don't reach for it as much as I could. It's a weird sharp smell to me, almost spicy or peppery, not sweet and fruity. If you apply evnough, I also find it has a reddish tint that I'm not into, so I usually only use this balm at home. That said, I have used at least 1/3 of the one I have, so it's good, just not the best scent to me!

I am a huge lip all junkie and I own every single one of these Burts Bees lip balms. I really like the pomegranate because it is hydrating, smells amazing and leaves just the slightest bit of colour on your lips. I also love that Burts bees is made of natural ingredients.

the pomegranate is reddish pink in color and im allergic to red dye.
so using this really helps with my allergies. it doesnt leave my lips feeling itchy.

Burt's Bees is a really amazing lip balm brand. You can tell by how amazing your lips feel after you use it. Although the product is a bit expensive, the product works and you can tell that it is a good quality brand.

It goes on quite nice and the flavor is good but it doesn't last. I find that it makes me chew my lips?? It is way too expensive for lip balm. Stick to chapstick for the cost and effectiveness.

This lip balm smells great. It lightly tints your lips a berry tint and is pretty moisturizing. Downfall is its pretty thick so it feels like theirs a lot of product on.

I like the burts bees replenishing lip balm. I wish there was a better price point on it in Canada

Love this stuff, especially if it's been super windy.

Fantastic smell and it doesn't make my lips sticky like most lip products do. Windy weather approved!
