The smell is so clean and light not over powering at all.The products grts my skin clean without drYiny out.

My daughter lives this facial cleanser. She says it makes her face so soft. So, of course I had to try it. She was right! It smells nice and makes your skin so smooth.

This product is design for sensitive skin which i do have. especially in the winter.
I was very excited to try it this new line of natual product.

The texture is very smooth. Almost too smooth for a cleanser!

The problem is after rinsing the product it felt like i didn't rinse correctly. like there was still a layer of product on my skin. I really didn't like the sensation.
I tried again before bed and still had the same feeling.
Although i have to say that i didn't have any skin reaction and it might have done the job of cleansing.
I just didn't feel clean enough.

This is a product that wasn't personally for me just because I don't like cream cleansers. However, if you are looking for a very gentle but effective and natural product, this might be perfect for you. It has a lovely scent and comes from a trusted brand.

Slightly pricey...but worth every penny! My skin has never felt so soft and stayed clear of blemishes for so long. Highly recommend this product!!!

First I have to say that ihad to call Burt's Bees customer service as I was unsure on how to use this product. It doesn't say if you should rinse off or not. Because it is very creamy, I thought maybe you had to put it on a cotton ball and just wipe your face but no, you have to use it as any other cleanser, foam on wet face and rinse.
As I previously said, this cleanser is very very creamy, and I felt that it is like washing your face with your night cream. And because it is thick, I find it difficult to rinse off.
It is gentle on the skin it I don't like the texture and that I don't know if my skin is free of any product left, doesn't feel squeaky clean.
Overall, I don't like this cleanser and would not recommend it.

I tried this face was along with the sensative skin moisturizing lotion. I did not like the smell of either product and both of them made my face feel oily, I wouldn't try either one again

I received this product for free for being a Buzzagent. I never would have thought to buy this product because I really like Cetaphil but I am so glad that I did try it! Firstly the packaging is nice to look at and functional. I really like the fact that it has no added colour or scent

I love this whole line for sensitive skin that came out from Burts Bees. I've been a big fan of all there products for many years .My skin is very sensitive and I really have to watch what I use on my face or I will break out in red blotches.this facial cleanser is so calming and non irritating on the face.It is soap free, moisturizes with rice extract and soothes with aloe which is so good for the skin.It also contains cotton extract which really softens the skin.Fragrance-free and hypo-allergenic,Allergy-tested and dermatologist-tested.This is the perfect cleanser for everyday use that wont hurt your face and will keep it baby soft.

Kuddos to this product! I have super sensitive skin and have to buy either high-end products or prescription products, but Burt's Bees is a cheaper product that has the benefits of those way too expensive cleansers. It goes on with a milky feel, not soapy. It does not leave your skin feeling dry, itchy, red, or greasy. I even felt comfortable leaving the house only wearing a light powder rather than the mounds of makeup I usually wear in order to leave the house. It is not as cheap as all the other cheap products, but it is worth the extra couple of dollars. Me likey and so should you--so go try it!
