Wouldn’t buy it again

I bought the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Spent between $20-$40 on the two bottles. So disappointed — the smell is offputting and the product doesn’t add any volume to my hair.

Also, I’ve contacted Burt’s Bees several times to discuss this issue and have yet to receive a reply back. Not impresssd, Burt’s Bees.
