Difficult to apply

I was excited to find out I was receiving this in a monthly makeup subscription box a few months ago. I have difficulties applying my liner perfectly with the same angle/thickness to each eye and this nifty tool was going to make that easier, or so I thought.
The liquid is blackest of black and runny. You only need the tiniest amount on the tip to line the entire lid. The roll on applicator is very difficult to use to achieve a straight line and it shows every single smudge or mistake. It is easy to remove with makeup remover and it does last all day so that is a positive quality but due to how awkward it is to use, I don't recommend it at all. I gave it away to my friend, she too tried it a few times, and agrees it was too difficult to use.
