I don't think it lives up to its promises

This powder is just one huge disappointment for me! I'm not sure it does anything it says it's supposed to do aside from making my make-up much more matte in finish than it usually is. I can't say I noticed any particular effect in reducing the appearance of pores or lines. I also had to apply extremely sparingly to avoid it looking powdery and cakey under my eyes so really, I can't see the point in splurging on it. If you like super-matte makeup, then this is okay but I don't think it lives up to its promises.
