Its that time of year again for the delicious cadbury mini eggs . Every year I can't wait for easter just to have them . The chocolate is very creamy and melts in your mouth,

I love these! Especially when baked into cakes, or on top of cupcakes! I wish they sold them all year round, but that just makes the time around Easter all the more special. I just stock up so that I can eat them for weeks after.

Great little treat when buying the small packages but hard to stay out of the larger packages. The candy coating is thick enough to allow the chocolate to begin melting if you can wait long enough to not crunch through.
