Lip balm?

I actually did not know this was called a lip balm until I started writing this review. Lip balm?? I do not know how they call it that. It is definetly a lip stick. It even comes with a lip brush to apply. Have you heard of a lip balm that does that. This is very thick, hard to apply and drying. Again not a lip balm. I did not like the colour either. I would think if it is called Big Apple, I would picture it to be a bright vibrant blue-red. This is more of an orange-red.
