Odd scent & greasy after feel

I was expecting this hand creme to smell edible given the name but it truly wasn’t. My hands felt greasy for quite some time afterwards but they were soft at least.

Great smell, not hydrating enough

I love this brand and I think they make awesome products, however, this hand cream was a miss for me. While the scent is lovely, it was not hydrating enough for my hands. I also felt it was not very absorbant. Whenever I washed my hands, it just came off. It's advertise as intensive repair, but my dry hands got no relief or basic moisturising. Great company, but this product just didn't work for me.

Best cruelty free hand cream

I love love love Cake Beauty as a brand and this is probably my favorite of their products. The Heavy Cream is so rich and moisturizing without being too greasy. The ingredients are relatively clean and cruelty free which is a BIG plus. I love that the brand is Canadian too.

SMELLS SO GOOD

Not only does this hand cream hydrate and sooth dry hands, leaving them feeling better than ever, it smells amazing. Truly the smell does not smell fake, it is something that I could smell all day.
But seriously though, this hand cream is great for in the dead of winter when you hands are dry and cracked!

I received this with my Chick Advisor Premium package. Until here I had never heard of it. So happy to have it in my life. This year for the first time ever. I have very dry ucky skin. I put it on and its non greasy and hydrates my sad dry skin. I will most definitely be purchasing Cake products. I keep this with me at all times. You never know when the need to use hand cream may arise.

Loove it!

I'm not a big user of hand cream and hate heavy cream usually, but this balm was the exception to me! I got it with my premium subscription and decided to give it a try since the sun is drying up my hands. I now have it on my desk and use it everyday! It's a good size to keep in your purse also. The name says it all: smells like cake, it's a heavy cream and it gives an intensive repair. I would really recommend this product and i'm probably buying it again for myself!

Cake Beauty Heavy Cream Intensive Hand Repair cream smells so good. i got a free sample from chick advisor premium. the cream is a bit thick and leaves my skin shiny. i found the cream to be a bit greasy for me. it left my hand feeling soft for about an hour, I loved the smell of cake but I was disappointed with the overall product.

I have received a sample of Cake Beauty Heavy Cream Intensive Hand Repair in my Well.ca order and I was surprised how well it worked for me. My hands are extremely dry and it has been hard to find a great cream for them that's not drying or leaving them greasy. My skin absorbed the cream very quickly and left my hands moisturized, soft and smelling so good!

Smelled delicious but didn't work well

I love the smell of this hand lotion but it was not effective at all. I found that the more I kept using it, the more it would dry out my hands. I felt as if my hands were like sand paper by the end of the week

Smells like Cake!

I have received the travel size Cake Beauty Heavy Cream with the ChickAdvisor premium packaged. I didn't get a chance to try the cream until recently. I must say, I'm in love!

This is a very rich thick hand cream but it does not leave my hands feeling greasy. I've been using this cream obsessively for the past few days and I've already noticed a difference. I have used many premium brands hand creams in the past and they are good, but this one is great!

It soaks into my skin and dries in an instant but leaving my hands so moisturized and soft. I'm also obsess with washing my hands and my hands still feels moisturized and soft even after a few hand wash. Which no other hand cream had done that before. I'm amazed.

I can't believe that this hand cream has very little to no chemicals in it ! All the ingredients in the cream is natural and is very good for the skin. I actually tried it on my dry crack feet and it actually kept them moisturized all day! What a miracle. No sticky greasy feel either.

Last but not least, the scent, YASSSSS... it smell like a Cake and it lingers on my hands. Makes me want to eat it to be honest. If you don't like sweet scents, this is not for you. It smells yummy but it is not over powering. It is a very consistent scent as well, no chemical like smell after it absorbs into my skin.

Would I recommend this product? Absolutely! Especially if you have super dry skin. I actually love this product so much, I went onto Cake Beauty website and ordered the full size and a few of their other products. I think it's official, it's a full on relationship with this product!


Please note: the "cake" line is on the pricey side, but well worth it after I tried it. Cake Beauty also has a more affordable line "Delectable" which I heard it's pretty good and is more reasonable in terms of pricing vs. "Cake" line.
