Used this at the beach today to try to tame my naturally wavy, frizzy hair after swimming. This did a great job and really helped to enhance my curl without drying my hair out. Plus it smells really nice!

This is a really light spray that won’t weigh your hair down. It has a light fresh scent and will help enhance your natural waves! I spray this then use a diffuser with my blowdryer to get the best results

Who doesnt want their hair to smell like cake?

I bought this to try out as beach wave hair type spray. I've tried others that were okay, but I heard cake products were amazing. What I was told was true. This spray holds ur waves/curls without weighing your hair down. It adds shine, and it doesnt make your hair feel hard or crunchy. Best of all it smells delish! Cake in my hair?? Yes please!
Only knock was the price..it would have got 5 stars if it was a smidge cheaper.

The Wave maker by Cake beauty definitely made my curly wavy frizzy hair shiny , it brought out my natural curls without the frizz. Plus it made my hair smell amazing !! I love that is a Canadian brand and cruelty free

I bought Cake Wave Maker on a whim and I'm glad I did! I used it on Monday when I air-dried my curly hair. It gave me some bangin' 80's hair, which was hilarious, but the product really shined when I curled my (still unwashed) hair a few days later. My curls stayed for THREE more days. It didn't make my hair crunchy or hard, and it brushes out easily. It's 100% worth the price tag.

One of the best - skip Sephora's and buy this at Shopper's instead. You will save money and get a better product. It's also cruelty free and safe - no nasty chemicals. Attractive packaging, too. I have coarse Asian hair that has a bit of narural curl and is cut in a layered bob. I spritz into slightly damp, towel dried hair; hang my head upside down and scrunch away until dry. Gives my hair lift/volume, enhances what little curl I have and makes my coarse hair softer, more moldable (better behaved). Lots of sheen. There is no crunchiness or excess oiliness. It is not drying at all so it is better than a salt spray, especially in the winter. It will make your hair smell like cupcakes at first, which is a plus or minus, depending on your personal preference (I personally consider the smell the only negative, as I am an adult, not a tween). I recommend that you try he product in different ways to see what works best for your hair. The first time I used it I applied to dry hair, holding it too close to my hair and pressing the pump all the way down. I got a sticky mess and almost gave up on the product. It comes out in a rather strong, concentrated squirt but you really want to just lightly MIST your hair - so make sure you hold it far enough away from your hair and try to press the pump down only halfway. It dries quickly so finger style or scrunch right away. If I have time I will twirl sections with my fingers and let dry that way for more wave.

I purchased this the other day at shoppers. I love not to have to use my blow dryer saving my hair from drying out. You only need a few quick spurts of this product. Don't hold it close to your hair it will become sticky. Have a good distance between you and the Wave maker. I love the wave in my hair total beach hair. Which is why I bought it.
The smell is to die for like any Cake product. I Love it
