Cake Bouncy Milk Serum- Ultra-Hydrating Serum is super lightweight milky serum that I apply after toner at night. It claims containing Watermelon Seed Oil, Aloe Leaf Juice, Jojoba Seed Oil and Oat Kernel Extract which should be great for moisturizing. It’s not oily and easily absorbed to the skin but I didnot see much improvement. I am looking for more of hydrating effect.
