Oh my gosh!! I absolutely love this stuff! I have the light colour and i also have the one below the darkest shade.
Ok i am excited about writing this review so i am going to try not to skip over any of this product's awesomeness,lol. Firstly, i bought the darker of the two shades first. I used it that night before bed( as i do with all my dry shampoos) and right away the smell was so freaking yummy. Its called cake but it smelled like a bag of dad's chocolate cookies. You know? Not like fresh baked cookies but a freshly opened bag of cookies... anyway, so good. I just sprinkled it in the parts and shook my hair around like normal and put it up for bed. The next morning was probably the best hair day ive had in my life; thick bouncy volumous hair that smelt like a fresh bag of dad's chocolate chip cookies. Soooo, why would i go out and buy the lighter one? One day after i had been using this nightly, i used a touch up in the morning on my way out the door and while i was driving, i noticed in the rear view mirror that i kinda had an orangey brown scalp!!! So was this either: a) the first time it happened because it didn't settle like it normally did overnight, or b) its been happening every day for the last month but i only now am looking at my scalp for the first time...
Hence, i bought the lightest one.
The light one is the same wonderful scent and texture; it takes a bit to figure out the right amount to use or it can get a bit of a dusty look to it. I love them both. I am careful to keep the powder from getting too much on the scalp near the parts but i think that is the case with any sprinkle dry shampoo.
The price is a tad steep but its worth it to me. I have super thin hair and dry shampoo is pretty much part of my daily hair routine.
Id say my final thought on this product is clear
