not impressed

My spray bottle did not work well so my first impression started off badly.
I used the spray oil and liked the scent however once the oil dried on my skin, it left a white powder like film on my skin. Not impressed as I would then have to use a cream over the oil or wipe off the film with a damp cloth.
Will stick with Neutrogena oil in the future.
