Calia Headache is a peppermint, lavender & sweet almond oil. It helps to relive headaches and muscle tension. I apply this remedy to the halo of my head. That's all around the face line or the hair line. I also apply it to the neck and shoulder area. It really help take a way a headache and helps with tension in the neck and shoulder area . Its a nice pepperminty scent.
