Calia Peppermint oil is so effective at helping with a headache. I use this product all the time. I use this around the halo of our head. Thats inbetween the face and hair line. I apply it all around and down the neck and shoulders. Its very uplifting and really takes away my headache. It also really helps with tension in the neck and upper shoulders. Its very pepperminty avoid eye contact it burns.
