I tried the Butterscotch and Sea Salt Milk chocolate. The chocolate is sweet, melt in your mouth smooth and has a salty crunch. but is not to salty or sweet a perfect combination. I like that the company is organic and fair trade but best of all they are Canadian.

This is my new favourite chocolate. Not only is the taste amazing, but you can feel good about the ethical choice you have made by purchasing fair trade, and feel good about putting quality ingredients into your body. The only issue I have is the price, but I'm still going to pay it (because it's so good)!

This is your answer if you are craving something sweet and salty.I think its a inquired taste as you can really taste the sea salt but I love the combination.I love that they are a Canadian brand and are fair trade and a organic company.The chocolate is incredibly smooth and has that wonderful salty bite to it....The ingredients are: whole milk powder, golden cane sugar, cacao butter, cacao mass, whole cane sugar, ground hazelnuts, sea salt (Guérande), ground vanilla beans...The brand comes in a assortment of flavors including panama extra dark,raspberries, caramel crunch,coconut,milk,bittersweet,dark,mint,almonds,orange and espresso.They also sell coffee,hot chocolate and juice products..A great company to support.
