Quick home-made lunch

This broth has all the right seasonings included. All you need to do is clear out the fridge of leftover veggies and meats, cut into bite sized pieces, heat them in the bottom of a saucepan, then add this pho broth and maybe some noodles or rice. Voila - a great satisfying lunch you'll love again and again.

Good for home made, quick and easy? Yes. I would agree it is nothing like the real thing, but it doesn’t say authentic on the box. So I think that, pho broth made in Campbell’s version is good. Will rebuy.

Don’t waste your money!

I was so excited to see this in stores when it first came out. Thankfully I didn’t add other ingredients before I tasted. It didn’t have any of the usual pho flavours. It just tastes slightly sweet to me. I’ll never repurchase.

horrible taste

I've never had pho before but I thought I would try the recipe on the back of the campbells carton. The taste of this broth was very offputting. I couldn't stomach a whole bowl and ended up throwing the whole thing out.

No, never again

I think the name “pho broth” is very misleading. Tastes nothing like the real thing. Can it be used as a soup base for noodle dishes? Definitely... but not as versatile as beef/chicken broth. Will not be repurchasing

Surprisingly delicious

I purchased this as I was intrigued... making pho in the comfort of my own home?!

I had this lying around for months before I finally decided to use this.. I bought rice noodles and rare beef and made my own pho. This broth is quite flavourful and delicious.. I paired it with some chilli oil to give it an extra kick.

Great product from Campbells! One box is enough for 4 servings (bowls) of pho!

Flavour infused Broth

We love Pho!! and tried this product to make at home, using this as our base for the broth. and adding vermicilli noodles and fresh basil leaves and grated vegetables, of course not the same as restaurant. But very tasty and works well.

Good stuff

Campbells makes decent Soup Broths, Pho is amazing soup that has noodles, any meats, seafood, vegetables. Soup packed full of goodness!! I find Campbells Pho Broth is too Salty. Good base for adding extra sauces and seasonings to create a great Soup flavor. My Homemade Wonton Soup is never the same Broth flavor. I LOVE to create my own recipes & experiment. PHO soup makes good of clearing out fridge Leftovers
