Quick home-made lunch

This broth has all the right seasonings included. All you need to do is clear out the fridge of leftover veggies and meats, cut into bite sized pieces, heat them in the bottom of a saucepan, then add this pho broth and maybe some noodles or rice. Voila - a great satisfying lunch you'll love again and again.

Campbells makes decent Soup Broths, Pho is amazing soup that has noodles, any meats, seafood, vegetables. Soup packed full of goodness!! I find Campbells Pho Broth is too Salty. Good base for adding extra sauces and seasonings to create a great Soup flavor. My Homemade Wonton Soup is never the same Broth flavor. I LOVE to create my own recipes & experiment.
