Great base for homemade soup

As a vegetarian, this is the broth that I use as a base when making my own homemade soups. It's pretty light in flavour so I definitely have to add my own salt, pepper and other spices.
Always very inexpensive & usually on sale!

This is great to use for so many things. I like it to make soups, stews, and casseroles. I found a nice recipe for jambalaya and used it in that . So good....
