I got this book before the publishing date to review, and really enjoyed it.
It is fiction, but is written in a memoir style. It chronicles a gay teen who desperately wants to be famous and his journey to the top and his struggles to stay there.
The story and feel is similar to Running with Scissors and will be a hit with any Augusten Burroguhs fan.
