Just purchased and think it seems pretty good so far, Had canon printers for past 5-7 years, just recently put down MX715 and MX870 both had smaller opening for printed work to the front, this is quite a lot larger, opening the full width of the printer. No print tray to the back may be a problem as found that handy in previous models however there is a smaller print tray above larger one so this should cover that issue and now I can put right up against the wall. Has compatible ink available so can avoid the over inflated prices of the original ink.... optimistic, this should be a good buy :)
