Perfect for the nursery

I love this perfectly sized light - not too big or too small for the kids room. But adds a lot of character to the space. It lights perfectly and looks so beautiful.

Timeless and beautiful

My husband and I installed the CANVAS Clavet 1-Light Flush Mount Ceiling Light with Opal Glass Shade in Brushed Gold after being graciously gifted it.

I absolutely love the simple design. One thing that’s always important to me when installing anything in our home is that it should be timeless and something we want to keep long-term. This light hits all those marks.

I do have one complaint: the base fits perfectly to the electrical box, which, if you've ever installed a light, you know can be a huge pain. This means you can’t have any gaps in your drywall, and we did. It was a simple fix for us, but we've never had this problem before because the bases are usually big enough to cover any gaps.

Other than that, it was easy to install. Just make sure your mudding and drywall are perfect right up to your electrical box.

Modern, elegant and sleek

I recently installed the Canvas 1-Light Flush Mount in my den and the design is sleek and modern, blending seamlessly with my decor. The light it emits is bright and even, illuminating the space beautifully. The installation was pretty easy and not complicated, also it adds a little elegance to the room.

Love the gold hardware

The installation process was pretty easy if you've installed other lights before. The only trouble we had was aligning the screws on one side of the light. It wasn't lining up properly but then it worked out when we tried switching the sides. I like the gold hardware on the light as it matched other furniture in my room. I recommend installing it in an area where you want more of a spot light and where you don't need a super bright light. Since the shade is frosted, the light emitting from the side isn't as bright as the bottom where there's nothing shading the light bulb. The light also recommended Noma light bulbs which worked out perfectly since I have the smart Noma light bulbs that can change colours and brightness of the light so that gave the light an added flare.

This is a lovely light fixture, unfortunately upon trying to install the light fixture, the glass fixture was impossible to get to screw on straight, so the light fixture was constantly crooked. It has since been taken down, because it is very noticeable. Other then that issue, the light fixture is beautiful, classic and simple!

Perfect for small spaces!

This Canvas Opal light is just stunning! My husband and I mounted it in our walkin closet that didn’t have a light or wiring to begin with! It was so easy! If you’re in a similar position and a closet or area doesn’t have good lighting or wiring in that spot, you can use a rechargeable bulb and do it that way! We absolutely love finally having light in the closet, and even more than that we love the feel and vibe this lamp gives to the small room. The opal allows light to flow through seamlessly and just really opens up our closet! I would definitely recommend checking this Canvas option out if you’re looking to add a stunning light to your space!

Simple elegance

CANVAS Clavet 1-Light Flush Mount Ceiling Light with Opal Glass Shade withBrushed Gold accents added some simple, yet elegant lighting to our kitchen. The flush mount really updated our lighting, and the open shade gives much more light. We should have used a frosted bulb because it's open, a regular light is very bright. It was very simple to install- this was my husband's first lighting switch on his own, and he was able to follow the instructions easily.

Love it

The installation was pretty easy. We just followed the instructions. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was to set up. Love the light is in round glass shape and design is very nice. The golden base makes its appearance more luxurious, and opal glass shade provides classic look. Overall, I really like this ceiling light.

Simple Glass Light Fixture

The flush mounted CANVAS Clavet ceiling light is both minimalistic and classic. It has a brass mount in a brushed gold finish that elevates the fixture while the opal glass shade makes it simple. 

What's cool is the fixture is also damp rated so it can also be installed in the washroom, making this very versatile!

The installation was very easy and all you need to do is attach the glass shade to the mount. Told wise, all you need is a Philips screwdriver. For my install, we decided to use a PAR30 bulb instead of the typical A19. You can also use a frosted bulb to diffuse the light even more.

Looks great and easy to install!

Classic light fixture! Plan to purchase another for my closet. Looks great and good quality. My boyfriend who installed it gave it 3/10 on the curse word scale which means the installation was pretty easy!
