I was gifted this item in exchange for an honest review.

Instructions were given for this Canvas Laurel Sconce Light( with Adjustable arm) to either hardwire or install as a plug-in. I took the path of least resistance, and installed as a plug in. Two screws with wall anchors were provided, which I was pleased about, and it was as simple as drilling two holes and screws to install the backplate, with two small screws holding the rest of the mount in place. I did notice the mount is a bit wobbly where it’s installed to the wall, the fault of which may lie with the design or my installation, hard to tell.

That aside, I love the sleek style of this lamp, the gold and white blend seamlessly with the style of my room and the swing arm feature is nifty if you need a little extra light while reading in bed.

Now I just wish I had room on the other side of my bed for another matching sconce, and not a window like there is!

I recently tried the CANVAS Laurel Wall Sconce with Metal Shade, Adjustable Swing Arm in Gold.

One of the standout features for me is the adjustable swing arm. This functionality is fantastic, allowing me to direct the light exactly where I need it. Installation was relatively straightforward. The instructions were clear, and all necessary hardware was included. However, it's worth noting that you might need some basic tools and perhaps a bit of DIY experience to install it perfectly. I managed to do it on my own, but having an extra set of hands could be helpful.

In terms of lighting, the sconce provides a good amount of light without being too harsh. It's perfect for creating a cozy atmosphere. I opted for a warm LED bulb, which complements the gold finish beautifully. The only downside is that the sconce doesn’t come with a bulb, so you’ll need to purchase that separately.

One minor issue I encountered is that the swing arm can be a bit stiff initially. It loosened up after a few adjustments, but it might be something to keep in mind if you need to reposition it frequently right after installation.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the CANVAS Laurel Wall Sconce. It’s stylish, functional, and well-made. The adjustable arm is a practical feature that enhances its versatility. While there are a couple of small quirks, they’re not deal-breakers. If you’re looking to add a touch of sophistication and flexible lighting to your space, I highly recommend this sconce.

Beautiful Wall Sconce creates the perfect lighting

The Walla Sconce comes in a beautiful matte white and gold color that is both modern and stylish and can compliment any decor.I chose to install this on my bedside above my side table, as I love to read in bed before sleeping. Installation was simple with no hardwiring. There is a swingarm to change the direction of the lighting as well as a dimmer switch to adjust the brightness of the light. The Canvas 2-in-1 Wall Sconce creates the perfect amount of bedside light without disturbing anyone else in the room.
