Worked for five minutes then didn't work

Had this installed and it worked for five minutes and then I shut it off as I was leaving the kitchen and when I went to turn it on again it didn't work. Called support desk and they said to return as there is no way to change the light bulb. Was going to be sent a new light but over six weeks later and still waiting.
