Quality issues outweigh the structural integrity

Thank you @thisisbutterly and @CanadianTire for sending me the Canvas Spring Grove 6 Light Chandelier in Matte Black/Brown. I was sent this for free in exchange for my honest review. It was amazing timing for recieving a new chandelier as I have been shopping around for something new and modern for my dining room. Switching from a standard round chandelier to a rectangular style was a big change and intimidating, but the easy to read instructions made it so easy and effortless! Following the photos and short, thorough directions helped me take down my old fixture, figure out which wires I needed to attach to each other on the new fixture, and have it hanging in less than an hour. I will admit, from afar it looks great. Unfortunately, there are some quality issues with the paint up close. It has some really bad painting at each of the corners and joints on the entire rectangle part of the fixture.Even without the light on, they are very distracting and just really subpar for this brand. I think the fixture itself has a really nice look about it, the long rectangular fixture sits nicely over my large dining room table and takes up the space nicely with the row of 5 bulbs. However, for it to stay in my dining room, I will need to repaint it, as it just looks bad otherwise. I did enjoy the additional posts included in the installation kit to add or subtract length to the light, fully customizing it to your room, to fit over a counter or dining table.
Also I found it a bit disappointing to see it didn't come with the lightbulbs as other brands of light fixtures usually come with a standard set to get you started. The benefit is there are many different shapes, styles and brightness in the type of bulbs it takes so you can really customize to the type of lighting style you prefer. I will say overall, I would not buy this light for the price it costs in store, as it has too many quality issues for a light of that price, when there are cheaper fixtures with more quality.
The easy installation and structure of the light make it a nice addition to my dining room, but if I had to spend my own money and buy this, I wouldn't. The quality is not worth it.
