Terrible Customer service and Misleading Marketing
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’m very disappointed with their customer service and have been purchasing their product for years. Even go as far to give it as gifts to my friends and family.
They clearly do not care about keeping their customers or honoring their promotions. This lead me to question the ethics of a company whom I so adamantly supported to my friends and family. They would rather step over dollars to pick up quarters. Because of this I will never use their products again and the products I did order (one of everything they had) will go straight into the trash where it belongs.
They send out emails advertising discounts. BEWARE if you click on the discount it will take you to the site but not add the discount, if you use a mobile phone or Apple Pay from express checkout it is near impossible to find where to apply the codes in drop down hidden menus as they changed the format where it easily visible on a laptop or tablet to see at the bottom.
I made them aware of the problem immediately when it happened that my order was placed that no discount was applied, however they chose to ignore and ship the products out and not respond to my email. I tried contacting them multiple times but they offered no solution or help to correct the situation and told me that I could return the product for a partial refund. They very well knew shipping their product back to Australia from USA would cost more than the total order!
Using their company account would have been a more reasonable solution for shipping but they did not offer any type of viable solution to help a loyal customer of years!
Does not work at all.
I didn't feel like this makes a bit of difference. It is difficult to deal with can make a huge mess and was very expensive. The shipping tool forever and the company does not communicate well at all
