Terrible Customer service and Misleading Marketing

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE


I’m very disappointed with their customer service and have been purchasing their product for years. Even go as far to give it as gifts to my friends and family.

They clearly do not care about keeping their customers or honoring their promotions. This lead me to question the ethics of a company whom I so adamantly supported to my friends and family. They would rather step over dollars to pick up quarters. Because of this I will never use their products again and the products I did order (one of everything they had) will go straight into the trash where it belongs.

They send out emails advertising discounts. BEWARE if you click on the discount it will take you to the site but not add the discount, if you use a mobile phone or Apple Pay from express checkout it is near impossible to find where to apply the codes in drop down hidden menus as they changed the format where it easily visible on a laptop or tablet to see at the bottom.

I made them aware of the problem immediately when it happened that my order was placed that no discount was applied, however they chose to ignore and ship the products out and not respond to my email. I tried contacting them multiple times but they offered no solution or help to correct the situation and told me that I could return the product for a partial refund. They very well knew shipping their product back to Australia from USA would cost more than the total order!

Using their company account would have been a more reasonable solution for shipping but they did not offer any type of viable solution to help a loyal customer of years!

Would not buy again

I purchased this product after I had seen many ads for it on Instagram.
I even did research on the type of product to make sure it was safe and effective.
I had used the product for 3 months everyday other day.
I do not feel like this made a huge difference to my teeth colour as many state it does.
I also limited coffee and pop during this trial period to ensure nothing was going to interfere with the effectiveness.
I would not recommend this product and would just advise to purchase something from your local shop.

Mixed reviews on this product

I bought this product hoping to have the same results as so many other people out there!
I was very dedicated to using this and I definitely saw a difference but nothing different then Crest whitestrips.
I went to the dentist and talked to the hygienist about this product and told her the only downfall I found was that I was finding charcoal under my gums and that I didn't think I was brushing incorrectly. She said because it's so fine, it can get into everything and she recommended that I stop using the powder for the health of my gums.
I recommend it because it did lighten my teeth a bit (my teeth were hardly yellow) but check your gums. I still use the toothpaste though.

Does not work at all.

I didn't feel like this makes a bit of difference. It is difficult to deal with can make a huge mess and was very expensive. The shipping tool forever and the company does not communicate well at all

Plasibo effect ?

Carbon coco is a highly advertised product claiming to be an all natural teeth whitener. After reading countless reviews I decided to try to myself... I personally believe that it is a plasibo. I compared the crest whiting toothpaste to the carbon coco and let’s just say the crest did a better job. I feel like the coco has a good job of taking the surface stain out, but being an advid tea and coffee drinker myself, this product just didn’t work... after 2 weeks for trying it there was no change :(

Really good!

I had a chance to try out Carbon Coco's tooth polish a couple of months ago and I'm really happy with it. My order arrived on time and after using it for a couple of weeks, my teeth got significantly whiter. Although I'm already happy with just the polish, I might still purchase from Carbon Coco again to try out their toothpaste.
