I bought this on a whim because the concept just seemed so fun and playful. Using it in reality, was a different story. I didn't really wear it to work because it wasn't office-appropriate. But I did wearing it out clubbing or with the girls (couldn't wear it around my boyfriend because he likes my face to look more "natural" - aka not glittery). You can wear this alone, or on top of eyeshadow or eyeliner. I prefer using it intensely on eyeliner, or a bit more sheer over my eyeshadow. I'd say this is good for girls who like glittery eyeshadow and like to experiment with different looks. If you don't like glitter, do not get this topcoat!
